🌈 Crystal Singing Bowls Made from quartz crystal, which has a natural resonance with human energy fields. Different bowls are tuned to specific notes that correspond with the chakras (energy centers). Playing them can clear stagnant energy, promote harmony, and expand meditative states.

 

🔔 Tuning Forks Provide precise sound frequencies that can be applied directly to the body or energy field. Often used in sound therapy to relieve pain, improve circulation, and restore nervous system balance. Some practitioners use forks tuned to planetary frequencies or specific chakras.

 

🤲 EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Combines gentle tapping on meridian points with affirmations. Helps release emotional blockages, trauma, and limiting beliefs stored in the body. Sometimes called “psychological acupressure,” it bridges mind and body healing.
